HELEN MAY M. FRIAS worked for the biggest banks and accounting firm in the country while taking up law, where she was exposed to corporate and tax law practice. She finished her undergraduate degree at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, and obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from the Far Eastern University Institute of Law (FEU-Law), where she represented the Philippines in international moot court competitions in South Korea and Massachusetts, USA.

Ms. Frias passed the 2019 Philippine Bar Examination.
